Please book using the calendar below. Alternatively, please call us on 01273 567654 or email info@shorehamosteo.co.uk to arrange an appointment for a face-to-face consultation.
For 1-1 Pilates with Jenny, single sessions can be booked below – however, for block bookings (5 for price of 4), please contact us directly to book your sessions and pre-pay.
- Please note: If you fail to attend an appointment without any prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your full appointment fee may be charged. We will text and/or email you 2 days before your appointment to remind you of your booking and will require an immediate cancellation if you wish to do so, to avoid any charges. These fees are automatic and will be invoiced to you directly or added to your bill on your next visit.
