SOC has implemented infection control measures, in accordance with guidelines set out by the Institute of Osteopathy, General Osteopathic Council and the UK Government and we continue to adhere to these.
As restrictions ease, it is no longer mandatory to wear face coverings in a healthcare setting. However, we are aware that infections of many kinds are in circulation and that some people are more vulnerable than others. Therefore we encourage clients to continue to wear a face covering if they wish to and certainly if they have any respiratory symptoms (even if you think they are, e.g. due to hayfever). You may be asked to wear a mask if we feel it is in the interests of safety. If you would like your practitioner/our staff to wear a mask or PPE, please do not hesitate to ask – we are happy to do so for your peace of mind.
If you feel unwell, we would appreciate it if you do not attend your appointment, but let us know as soon as you can.

**Please note that osteopathy treatment times do often vary according to what is appropriate for you. Our osteopaths have extensive training and, depending on their clinical judgement at the time, may decide a longer or shorter treatment is suitable for you.
