About:

Jenny graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in  2005. She has a background in dance and movement, and studied at the Laban Centre.  A longstanding back injury led to her moving into osteopathy as a career later in life. Jenny has been very lucky to work in a number of inspiring practices in Scotland, Ireland and Sussex, including the Adur Osteopathic Clinic with Andrew Bellamy.

Jenny has a particular interest in performing arts, as well as ergonomics and workplace injuries (having worked in many offices over the years!). She is passionate about working with people of all ages, occupations and backgrounds to prevent injury and maintain their optimum health and body condition, stressing the importance of education and exercise in addition to treatment. She is also a qualified Clinical Mat Pilates trainer, teaching 1-1 sessions at the clinic and designing sessions for individuals using her movement experience.

Jenny is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (reg 5922).  She is member and secretary of OPACA (Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Assocation) and also a registered practitioner with BAPAM (British Association of Performing Arts Medicine) and One Dance UK  (formerly Dance UK).  She is also a qualified Vocal Health First Aider (VHFA), helping both performers and non-performers who need advice on issues with speech or singing.
